ShadowFox Tarot Update!
Greetings All!
We’re getting closer and closer to the release of the ShadowFox Tarot, now slated for April. We don’t have an exact date yet, but we’ll keep you posted!
We received an advance copy this week, and it surpasses our wildest expectations! Attractively packaged in a study keepsake box, it will sit nicely on a bookshelf. The book itself is just amazing – it’s a dream come true to have all of my notebooks (and there were more than just a few) combined into one easy to read, easy to search reference volume.
And the cards…again, they exceeded expectations by a wide margin. One of the first things I notice when I handle a Tarot deck for the first time is card stock, and this was no exception. The card stock for the ShadowFox Tarot is high quality – not flimsy, these cards will handle shuffling over and over again without showing signs of wear!

Just a quick note to let everyone know what we’ve been up to…
The ShadowFox Tarot release date is inching closer and closer to its March 2010 debut. It’s available for preorder from Schiffer Books, Amazon.com and Borders. Check our home page for links to these fine retailers!
Decks, decks and more decks – Richard is hard at work on the Ultimate Tarot, the ShadowFox Tarot of the Night, the Chromillennium Tarot and a new super duper double secret Tarot deck unlike anything you’ve ever seen…details to follow, so be sure to check back frequently.
We’ve posted more book reviews and are in the process of adding new spreads and diagrams, so be sure to stop by to see what’s new! The links pages have also been de-cluttered and are so much easier to navigate now!
Jennifer’s Tarot themed paranormal romance is currently in the final edit process, and we’re very excited about that – we’ll post more details as they come in!

Finally – An Update!
It’s been a long time since we’ve updated, but just to let you know we’ve been far from idle:
The ShadowFox Tarot Book and Deck of Shadows are rushing headlong towards publication with Schiffer Books – look for it in a store near you in Fall of 2010. We’ll let you know more details as we get them.
Richard is hard at work too, creating several new decks for your viewing pleasure. Please be sure to stop by our Original Decks section and see what’s in progress with the ShadowFox Tarot of the Night and the Tarot in Words. Our Minimal E. Stick deck has also gotten a makeover, and we think you’ll be pleased with the results.
In other news, Jennifer currently working on a new project with a new twist – Tarot meets Paranormal Romance. Intrigued? Stay tuned…

Hear Ye! Hear Ye!
Lots to tell you about today!
After an unavoidable two month delay, we are back to work on the ShadowFox Ultimate Tarot for the One Card reading. We are currently projecting October 2009 for completion.
At long last, we are now updating our book reviews section. Expect a new format and lots and lots of new book reviews to be posted very, very soon!
Work on the Chromillennium will resume after the Ultimate Tarot has been completed. We have posted examples from our upcoming Tarot Deck of Shadows on the website under the Original Tarot Decks link.
What’s that sound? Could it be the pitter patter of a new little Tarot deck waiting in the wings, possibly unlike anything you’ve ever seen…? Check back soon to see!

Question: Do You Have to be Psychic to Read Tarot Cards?
Reading the Tarot cards is primarily about interpretation. Being psychic is to be sensitive to elements of information that enter your conscious thought process by means other than your five senses. There are people who seem to be more gifted than others, which really isn’t any different than a musical prodigy. Just because they seem to be exceptional with limited effort, it doesn’t mean that others can’t play exceptionally well with a lot of effort. It’s a matter of acknowledgment when it comes to the messages we all receive in a psychic method.
To become more acquainted with your psychic abilities start by paying attention to thoughts that come to you without influence from your five senses. Sit in a quiet area, where there aren’t any distractions, relax and imagine an empty box, or container, and think only about the emptiness of the container. Eventually a thought will enter your mind – put it in the container and mentally look at it, focusing only on the thought. After a while, more thoughts may enter the box as well, but be careful not to impress your own opinions upon them. Write down the thoughts, then go back to what you normally do. After a while you will begin to recognize the difference, and there won’t be any more coincidences.
